PLEASE NOTE:

• Rates shown above are for The Villa Mariana main house (4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms) and the separate rate is for the guest house (casita with it's own kitchen, living room, swimming pool, 2 Queen bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms)

• 13% CR sales tax will be added to totals.

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to hold dates.

• A refundable security deposit of $800 and a $200 non-refundable accidental damage waiver will be collected along with payments and will be refunded within one week of departure.

• Payment options are Bank Wire Transfer, Zelle, Venmo or Paypal. Paying by credit card will incur a 3.1% fee. Full payments must be made by the due dates. Partial payments are not accepted. The dates will not be considered a booked reservation until the 50% deposit has been received. Dates will be held for 48 hours and then released for a full 24 hours to allow others to hold the same dates and send their deposit in.

• Tipping the staff is customary in Costa Rica. We have already reduced our normal rental rates by approximately 15% to allow for our guests to budget cash for staff tips. See here for customary tipping suggestions.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

• Concierge service 24/7. Includes pre-planning, answering questions, booking shuttle transportation to/from the airport and the house (please inquire for the most recent pricing),  pre-stocking groceries prior to arrival, booking excursions, massage therapists, yoga instructors and restaurant reservations.

• Our private chef is included for up to two meals per day for up to six days of a seven night stay and for all days of a five or six night stay. Cost of food is extra. There is an additional chef assistant fee of $300 for the week for groups of 9 or more guests.

• Daily housekeeping service (except Sundays). Laundry service is available a couple of times per week.

• Daily groundskeeper (except Thursdays).
