Plan your stay at The Villa Mariana. Our nightly rates are based on season and apply year-round, with special rates for Christmas and New Year's weeks.
 

Rates shown are for the 4-bedroom Main House. Add the private 2-bedroom Casita Romantica for $400 per night.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY


Private Concierge
Pre-arrival planning and assistance throughout your stay, including airport transportation arrangements, grocery pre-stocking, excursions, massage therapists, yoga instructors and restaurant reservations.
 

Private Chef Service
Up to two meals per day for up to six days of a 7-night stay, and each day of a 5- or 6-night stay. Groceries and beverages are additional. Groups of 9 or more require a chef assistant for an additional $300 per stay.
 

Daily Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping service is included, except on Costa Rican holidays.
 

Laundry Service
Personal laundry service is available several times during your stay.
 

Daily Property Caretaker
Daily care of the property, pools and grounds is included, except on Costa Rican holidays.

Booking & Rate Details
 

  • Accommodations: Rates shown are for the 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath Main House. The optional Casita Romantica adds 2 Queen bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a private kitchen and living room, and its own swimming pool.

  • Taxes: 13% Costa Rica sales tax is additional.

  • Reservation Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • Security & Damage Protection: An $800 refundable security deposit and $200 non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver are required. The security deposit is refunded within one week after departure, provided there are no applicable charges.

  • Payment Options: Bank wire transfer, Zelle, Venmo and PayPal are accepted. Credit-card payments incur a 3.5% processing fee. Payments must be made in full by their applicable due dates; partial payments are not accepted.

  • Date Holds: Requested dates may be held for up to 48 hours while awaiting the required deposit. A reservation is not confirmed until the 50% deposit has been received.

  • Staff Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the rental rate and are customary for villa staff in Costa Rica. View our staff tipping recommendations.
