The Villa Mariana

​Prior to sending us a message, please keep in mind:

​

​​Saturday is our normal changeover day at The Villa Mariana. That is when we change all the beds, deep-clean the house, and have all four of our staff on site. On most other days, two staff members are at The Villa Mariana and two are at our other property, Casa de la Roca.
 

Check-in is after 4:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.
 

High season
Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out are required. 7-night minimum.
 

Transition and green seasons

5-night minimum. For 5- and 6-night stays, check-in and check-out must fall between Saturdays (between changeover days).

Holiday weeks (2026 and 2027)

Christmas and New Year’s are Monday to Monday, not Saturday to Saturday. We keep those two weeks separate so each group gets the full holiday day. Exact dates are on the rates page for that year.

2028 and after Holiday weeks return to Saturday to Saturday, with a 7-night minimum.

 

Any other schedule needs our written approval before booking.
