The Villa Mariana

Keep in mind:

1) Our changeover day is Saturday. Please check availability first, then send us a message here. When a group checks out on Saturday morning at 10am, another group checks in after 4pm on that same Saturday.

2) The base rate is for the MAIN HOUSE ONLY (4 bedrooms). The guest house (additional home on property with 2 bedrooms) can be rented for an additional nightly rate. Inquire for availability.

3) There is a 7-night minimum (1 full week) in high season and a 5-night minimum in green season.

4) If you would like to overlap weeks (outside of the Saturday changeover day), you can pay for both of the overlapping weeks as long as both are available.
