The Main House - also known as The Villa Mariana - has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This house includes a large infinity pool and plenty of loungers and dining for your guests on the pool deck. Your group can rent the main house without the guest house (however, the guest house is never rented separately). Our base rates are for up to 8 guests, however, for an additional nightly rate per person, there is space for 4 more guests in the main house alone, accommodating a total of 12 guests. The Guest House - also known as Casita Romantica - has two full master suites with Queen beds, along with three full bathrooms. The living room can be shut off from the kitchen by beautiful Japanese style sliding wooden doors and includes a small pull-out loveseat, making this the perfect retreat for two small children or one adult*. Casita Romantica includes it's own infinity pool and eat-in kitchen as well. The guest house can be rented along with the main house, but cannot be rented alone. The main house has a vast sweeping garden walkway which traverses down to a serene waterfall with a massive steel door (counter balanced to move with only a finger) at the entrance.  This opens up to a living room with 25 foot vaulted wooden ceilings surrounded on all sides by glass doors, which open entirely to the infinity edged pool, expansive deck and jungle.  This allows the guests to truly experience the jungle while sitting in the comfort of the home.  The unique indoor water feature, which leads to the infinity pool, is only one of the many features provided in this luxurious custom home that will have you in complete awe!

From the main house, you can meander down a beautiful garden pathway to the separate casita that is fully furnished with it's own eat-in kitchen, large outdoor deck and infinity pool – The ultimate in privacy!

Just behind the casita is a man-made walking trail where guests can enjoy getting even closer to all of the amazing wildlife on the property. The trail winds it's way through the property to the main house.
